Executive President
Eric Nartey has a great passion for advancing the Kingdom of God. He is the president of the Watchmen Charismatic Network, a global Christian network dedicated to transforming lives and advancing the Kingdom. Eric is also the president and co-founder of Leaders to Leaders , a mentorship platform that has trained hundreds of leaders and empowered visionaries.
Known for his dynamic leadership and strategic ministry, Eric is an Apostolic Aide for the Ecumenical Assemblies of Global Leaders Emerging. He partners with ministries, organizations, and leaders globally to expand the Kingdom’s influence across borders. Has a Theologian His mission is to preach the Word of God, fortify churches with sound biblical principles, and equip leaders who will carry the torch for future generations.

He is the Leader of the Acts Worship Center in Philadelphia, USA. His life is dedicated to improving the spiritual, emotional and mental well-being of youth often labeled as outcasts and rejects
Pastor Felix Tettey

Pastor Felix is the Lead Pastor of ICGC Faith Temple, Finchley, North London. Prior to this role, he served in various capacities in the UK local church as a Home cell Leader, Prayer Team Leader, Men’s Fellowship Leader, Church Administrator and Project Manager. He is also a Lead Consultant of Arrowhead Consultancy and Director of Spectre Properties. The passion of Pastor Felix is to share the Good News to the nations that Jesus paid the price for mankind’s reconnection to God. He is called to equip and empower God’s people to fulfill destiny through faithful teaching of the Bible. He is happily married to his dear wife of over two decades, Christiana, and they are blessed with three children.
